Returns & Exchanges

At Run and Fly, we want you to love your retro-inspired fashion, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Run and Fly labels and tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
